Misunderstanding

I noticed something strange when Sera was talking about Logan, there was someone with a hoodie who had his eyes fixed on her the entire time. I couldn’t see his face or know what he looked like.

I decided it was nothing since there were a lot of them in the hall, maybe it was nothing to be worried about.

I was outside the palace walls following the crowd quietly to where Logan was being hanged. I had to make sure there wasn’t any mistake or any issues that could happen.

Logan was unpredictable and the words he said to Sera might bother her. He did that to make her worry, not because he had any good reason why he should say those words to her.

I stayed close with my hand crossed at the back, watching as they tied him to the tree, my eyes darted away from him and fell on the same hoodie with a richer design at the back. His back was against me, and he was not paying any attention to whatever was happening around us.
