"No!" I said firmly. I did not need to hear whatever else she had to say. I would not be letting her out of my sight. I didn't need a dead wife.

"Hey. You can't just say no. You haven't even heard what I am about to say yet!" She complained.

I did not plan on changing my stance. I was not going to let her go and I did not need to hear anything.

"You can as well forget about it because there is no way that I am letting you leave the city all on your own , after what had just happened. Seriously Naya, don't you value your life?" I asked her
