Thirty - seven

Eira’s Pov

“Oh, you are out?” Dolphus asked, bringing me out of my thoughts.

“There’s someone out there spying on us,” I whispered slowly to Dolphus, “look at your 8 o'clock.”

“That’s what I’m talking about with the soldiers. We found out that they have been stalking us for a while now. We found their traces from when we left the border,” Dolphus answered back also in a low voice.

“Ah, that long? What are we going to? We can’t allow them to continue stalking us. What if they followed us to the monster's land?”

“Let’s go to the inn’s restaurant to eat first then we will slowly think of ways to evade them, ” Dolphus mumbled and we both left for the restaurant.

When we got there, there was a large crowd as there had been in the pub yesterday.

Looking at the public and remembering what I saw earlier, I couldn't help but glance around to see if there was anyone that looked suspicious. I wasn't able to detect it as everyone was just eating and going about their business.
