They parked outside a seaside restaurant.

Though the place was far away from town, the crowd made her realize how famous the place was.

“This is the place I found out during my college time, we used to come here every Sunday and have our breakfast here,” Edwin said while helping her remove her helmet.

Janet looked around and the sea breeze, the cold air made her feel refreshed.

“We?” Janet asked curiously.

“Me, Jordan, and a few of my friends. You never met Jordan. He is one of my best friends.” Edwin said, and Janet was getting surprised with his behavior today.

It would be awkward if she met any of his friends with her identity.

Above all, Janet didn’t understand why he was behaving so differently.

Edwin never shared his life with her, though Janet was aware he had investigated her, and she was sure he knew every tiny detail about her.

She never wanted to know, because it was strictly a deal between them.
