Alec
I was walking towards the apartment complex where my boy, Jaylen, lived. I usually hung out with him because the guys at the fraternity house were more on the obnoxious side. He was a calm guy and an introvert. He’s been my friend since we were in High School in Los Angeles.
We both wanted to get away from our families.
I heard so many things about Texas and searched UT in Austin, becoming fascinated with the photos and reviews. So I made a quick trip with Jaylen here for a week before applying.
The hill country is fascinating. We went to the Oasis, the caverns–which I’d never seen before, rivers, lakes, parties, and other cities discovering a whole other world here.
Texas should really be a country if you ask me. So, now here we are, living the Texan life.
Jaylen was more of a computer whiz and I was athletic. I play football for the Texas Longhorns, as a wide receiver. Jaylen used to play football with me in high school, but he got tired of the beatings and practices. I, on the other hand, loved it. It wouldn’t be long before I was eligible to be drafted in the NFL and that was something I was looking forward to since it was my second year here at UT.
I remember my first year fitting in so well with the guys, especially with the girls. I’ve had more sex than I did in high school. Jaylen would sometimes join me at parties, but I loved hanging out at his place instead, playing video games, ordering in, watching movies, you know…just chill.
I guess you can say, he was my only real friend because I already have plenty of fake people in my life. People equipped with enough bull sh*t and whatnot to entertain me.
I mentally rolled my eyes when I saw Jessica walking towards me. She knew where my boy lived and usually swung by to see if I was there.
I made the stupid mistake of mentioning his place at a party the other day and she overheard me calling him telling him I wasn’t into it.
Never thought Jessica would follow me but she did. She is what you call a punt bunny, a fan girl chasing over football players.
She wasn’t the only one though. We kind of hit it off becoming only f*ck buddies. I told her I wasn’t interested in a relationship, but she was relentless, obsessing over me wanting to be the only one who I’d call for a quick f*ck. Couldn’t complain, the girl was hot.
“What’s up with you?” I asked in an uninterested tone.
“Some freak bumped into me and almost made me fall on my a*s. She was rude and then her ‘boyfriend’ yelled at me!” She whined, in an annoying tone, stressing the word ‘boyfriend’. We both heard a door slam and turned our heads in that direction.
“That’s her.” She pointed out. I was surprised to see a cute girl in short shorts with a black tank top, with boxes in her arms. Scrutinizing from where I stood, I noticed her beautiful legs, round a*s, and perfect breasts. Damn, she looks good. When our eyes met, she only smiled. Those oversized glasses made her more alluring.
“Alec?” Jessica’s annoying voice snapped me from the trance.
“What?!” I pinched the spot between my eyes, “Jessica, there’s nothing I can do. Look, I gotta go. I’ll see you later tonight, sweet cheeks.” I kissed her cheek and walked in the direction where the cutie disappeared.
I got there just in time to notice which apartment she walked into. I walked slowly, trying not to look obvious, and then knocked. A few seconds passed and she didn’t answer. I know she heard the knock. So I placed my ear close, trying not to look stalkerish, to the door and I could hear her putting the boxes down.
“Open up sweetheart, I know you’re in there. I promise I’m not here to scold you, I just want a glimpse of the girl who pissed Jessica off.” I calmly said. Not that I really cared about Jessica’s feelings.
I heard her soft footsteps, she unlocked the door and then opened it. She was hiding half of her body behind the door. Too late doll, I saw you earlier.
I couldn’t believe my eyes, she looked…looked stunning. I felt a pull towards her, my body reacting to the sight of her. She was f*cking beautiful and her glasses made her look even better. The cute impassive look she had, made me chuckle.
“What do you want–” She was about to say when she froze.
The cutie was eye-raping me. The way her eyes roamed my body made me feel warm. I rolled my bottom lip in between my teeth. She was eye candy and I loved the way she gazed at me. Keep looking at me like that and I’m going to have to–, I didn’t finish my thought when I heard her say in a whisper, “It should be a sin to look like that."
I chuckled, did I hear her correctly? “I don’t think it’s a sin…blessed probably would be the correct word.” Her eyes opened wide like saucers and she gulped. I'm guessing she didn't realize she said that out loud.
I cocked my eyebrow and smirked remembering what Jessica said, "I don't think your boyfriend would like hearing you say things like that to other guys, sweetheart."
She furrowed her brows looking confused. "I don't have a boyfriend." Her voice was angelic.
Oh, she doesn't. Even better. “W-what d-do you want?” She stammered. I see I make her nervous.
“Well, I wanted to see the person who made Jessica flip, that’s all,” I said.
“Oh…well, now you did. I’m sorry, I tried apologizing to your girlfriend, but she wouldn’t hear it. So…is that all? I have things to do," she said.
“Beautiful, tempered, and rude. I like you already, oh and Jessica is not my girlfriend.” I winked and grinned. I don’t like other girls thinking I was in a relationship with her.
“Will you be attending the party tomorrow night?” I quickly asked.
“I don't know. I have more important things to do than go to a party. But if you're going, enjoy it!” She exclaimed, closing the door on me. Damn! I chuckled, “Feisty. See you there, sweetheart. I’ll be waiting for you.”
I was about to walk away when I heard her faintly say, “Hot, gorgeous, sexy boy say whaaa?!”
This girl was going to be fun. I loved her sass and her thinking out loud. So I replied, “He said, he’ll be waiting for you!” I cackled as I left her door to head to Jaylen’s place. Wait till I tell him about her. Coming to his place has now become more interesting if it means to bump into that beauty. She may seem different, but she’s caught my interest, that’s for sure.

“Bring out the jugs!” I yelled out to Travis, one of our linebackers.
“Jimmy is bringing them out, Alec.” He yelled back.
The music was blasting making it hard to talk to each other. We all pitched in for a DJ and the liquor. Everything was being set up for the party tonight.
Honestly, I wasn’t looking forward to it, but Xander Hills, our quarterback, wanted the new fresh meat to join us before they were invited to another frat house. He’s a heartless d*ck sleeping around with any girl whom he crosses paths with. The college ‘man whore’ and trust me, he doesn’t give a damn about the nickname.
Rumor has it that he wasn’t like this before. I was told that he was in love with a girl in high school, but she ended up cheating on him with a guy from another college during the summer. Since then, he has given up on relationships becoming a thing of the past.
Can’t blame him, he was heartbroken. We all make those mistakes…well some of us. I know it doesn’t excuse him from using those girls, but they’re not innocent either. Every girl nowadays wants a chance with the popular jock.
My story is different though, I come from a rich family. My Father, Brice Alec Madden, owns an Event Management business. What started as a small business soon became a huge corporation for well-known celebrities and other businesses all around the world. Our name became widely known and respected.
I am an only child and soon to become CEO of Madden Luxe Events Corporation. The problem here is that my Father doesn’t give a damn about what I want. My Mother, Trisha Madden, supports me and usually tries to fly out to some of my games, but…he’s some type of special.
It’s been this way since the moment I chose to play football, but I was forced to take business courses if I came down here. My heart was in the game though and will always be.
He forgets that I have dreams and mine is to be drafted into the NFL.
He’s the only one who can’t fathom the idea. The guy hasn’t even attempted to come watch me play. Funny though, he can watch and gamble on other teams when he’s with his friends. Seems to me like he enjoys it, bringing me to the conclusion that I’m the problem.
Typical rich boy problems. I came here to get away from it all and it’s great.
After a couple of hours passed by, the frat house began to fill up with old and new faces. It wasn’t hard to spy the fresh meat- the girls that is. Apart from the boys, they were the only ones wearing masks.
“Welcome, welcome! Let the party begin!” Xander shouted out on the mic. “DJ, play ‘Party Rock’ and get this place jumpin’.”
Everyone cheered, dancing and shuffling when the song began, throwing their hands up with their red cups.
The place was overloaded with people, drinking, dancing, sucking faces, and groping each other. The same crap you saw every time. “This sh*t is getting old,” I mumbled.
I don’t know why but I wanted to see the new girl I met yesterday. I should have asked what her name was. Hopefully, she shows up because she made it clear that she wasn’t coming. I just…you know, wanted to have a little fun with her, but if she wore a mask, that would complicate things. How was I supposed to know if she was here or not?
An hour passed and I was getting bored.
Girls would come up, playing with my shirt, and tugging me to go somewhere alone, but I wasn’t into them. I didn’t know what the heck was wrong with me because a quick release was probably what I needed. I couldn’t for the life of me, get my soldier up. They’re slutty dresses and bare legs weren’t doing it for me.
I was already thinking about leaving when my eyes fell on a small girl in a short black lace dress, almost leaving nothing to the imagination, walking in. She wore a black cute lace mask to match. Her hair was down in soft waves and her legs were sexy a*s hell, and those ‘f*ck me’ black heels were calling my name.
“Well, hot damn. Hello gorgeous,” I whispered.
She was looking around, I’m guessing for someone, tippy-toeing trying to see over people. Then suddenly, her head turned towards the dance floor. The sexy smirk on her lips told me she liked the song. She stepped forward but then hesitated.
Something must have changed her mind because she slowly made her way to the middle of the crowd, with her arms up, swaying them, moving her hips at the same time in a sexy erotic manner. That small bounce her a*s was doing, made my shaft come to life. It pulsed feeling restrained against my jeans. The way she danced made me mesmerized. I couldn’t keep my eyes off her. She was beautiful even with the mask on. Too bad I couldn’t see her face fully.
Who was she? I had to get to her before someone else did.
I put my drink down and sauntered over to her. The moment I was behind her, I placed my hands on her hips. It startled her, making her stop dancing, but she didn’t turn around.
A few seconds later, she proceeded to dance, so I held onto her firmly, swaying with her from side to side, moving with her at the sound of the beat. I inhaled her scent, and man did she smell good. Whatever it was, had a hint of vanilla.
A wave of electricity ran through my body, as I felt her body close to mine, igniting a hidden fire within me.
I’ve never felt this way before…for a girl. I mean, I’ve been with several of them only for pleasure, but this…whatever this was, was foreign to me.
I just couldn’t place my finger on this unfamiliar feeling. There was something extraordinary yet peculiar about her.
Me being me, I reached for her throat, gripping it softly. I knew my eyes were dilated because I felt aroused and excited. I held her tighter by the waist pulling her close to my front wanting her to feel how bad I wanted her.

AlecI was burning for this girl. Everyone and everything was fading away, even the thundering music dwindled, as if we were the only ones in the room. My lips brushed her cheek and down to her neck, fanning my warm breath as I slowly made my way back up to her ear.I could feel her breathing change. She was turned on. I spread my legs a little wider moving down a bit, so that my shaft was at the level of her bubbly a*s, pressing against her. She surprised me when she pushed her a*s out. Oh, she wants me. She arched her back so that her head rested on my chest. I loved the way she slowed the movement in her hips to grind against my boy. There was no hiding that she liked the feel of my bulge against her sexy a*s. Her cheeks looked a little flustered as the intense sexual feeling became stronger. I removed my hand from her throat and grabbed her chin turning her face towards me. Her eyes almost popped out when she saw me. I was confused. Did she know me? Did she like what she saw? I s
River The logical side of me was yelling, ‘Think about it! He’s a stranger. You're gonna end up getting hurt. This is your v-card, it’s supposed to be special.’ I squeezed my eyes tightly to drown out my thoughts. Who was I kidding though, I wanted this…and badly. For so long I’ve waited to feel something exhilarating happen in my life. The butterflies I felt with Zach at times, were nothing compared to the swarm of angry hornets in my stomach. His touch, his kiss, the swell of his manhood, and his stare woke up a desire, an arousal within me. Maybe it’s because Zach hasn’t ever tried touching or kissing me. Today I, River Barlowe, ‘the prude’, a name that was given to me by my sexually active friends, was going to lose her virginity to a guy in college, a hot stranger. Yup, me! Now what would they call me? Wait, don't answer that. I’ll deal with the consequences later because I would later have to remind myself that I was doing this out of thirst and want, not out of love. “Rav
Zach“That’s it!” Looking down at my phone, “It’s 9:24 and she hasn’t contacted me. I’m going over.” I growled at Erica and Jason.“Dude, she must’ve fallen asleep or chickened out. Come on Z, you know River, she doesn’t do parties.” Jason remarked. He’s right, River wasn’t the partying type.“Hey, cutie.” A sweet feathery voice spoke, making me turn around. I frowned when I saw it was the same girl who insulted my girl yesterday. Yeah, I considered River my girl, hence 'babe' my nickname for her. I’ve known her since 3rd grade.Jason is the only one who knows that I am in love with her. We've been friends since 7th grade. I’ve held onto these feelings for so long and never had the guts to tell her. How was it that as soon as a girl would ask me out I would say, “Yes,” not thinking twice about what she would think later on and fool around with them like nothing? Oh, but could never be man enough to confess my love for her. Jason told me once that I would lose my chance to be her boy
RiverI didn’t know when the movie finished and what time I was knocked out, but so did Zach. I woke up on top of him. I lifted my head and noticed I had slobbered all over his shirt. Great Riv’s!Zach was still asleep and he looked cute. His arms were wrapped around me. I tried to move without waking him up but it was a fail. “Hey gorgeous–” He didn’t finish looking down at his shirt. “What the…were you trying to provide water for the flies?” I hissed and hit his stomach. I had slobbered on his shirt.“Shut. Up. You’re mean. I was tired and it’s not like I can control my mouth when I’m dead asleep you butt!” He started laughing loudly. I loved the sound of his cackle.Suddenly the doorbell rang. “What time is it?” I asked, wondering who was at the door. Zach looked at his watch, “Umm, 10:48,” he responded. “Are you expecting someone?” He asked, irritation evident in his tone.“No, unless it’s J and E,” I got up to go answer the door but yelped from the pain between my thighs. Zach he
RiverCrap! Crap! Crap!Zach was glaring at me angrily. My blood began to boil, “Stop! I was here last night.” I knew what he was going to ask, his judgy eyes giving it away. “Then why did he ask if your name was Raven? Raven is your bike’s name, Riv’s. How could he possibly know that?” He said, his jaw clenching roughly.Ugh! It’s true though, on the side of my bike and helmet, I have ‘Raven’ spelled out. I composed myself and tried giving him a stern look with a tone that matched. “I don’t know, Z. So many girls here on the campus and you're asking me when I’m new here? You're starting to make me upset by the way you’re questioning me. Any girl could have given that name so call it coincidence, I don’t know…whatever…but you need to stop before I get angry with you.” I hate lying to him. I didn’t feel like I did anything wrong though. It’s my life, my body, my wishes. He kept glaring at me, studying my face. That’s it!!! “Ugh! Get out if you're going–” He quickly pulled me to his
RiverZach’s knuckles were white as he gripped the steering wheel. I was nervous but then began to think, why should I feel bad? He's had many girlfriends before. I haven’t had a guy hit on me since forever and the one time someone, who was fridging hot, looked my way and talked to me, Zach dared to act this way.Breaking the silence, I turned to face him, “Why are you acting this way?” I asked in an irritating tone glaring at him. “Like what Riv’s? Like I’m pissed that a guy kissed you?” He said in a low gravelly tone. WHAT!?“Yes. Exactly that. It was on the cheek by the way.” I blew my cheeks out in frustration, “You have no right to act like that! (Gesturing at his disposition.) Let me get this straight…it’s okay for you to have girlfriends, right?! I’ve never said anything or acted differently around you with the girls you dated, Z. Never. One guy finally hits on me and acknowledges me, and you are acting jealous. Pissed off at me for no good reason, behaving stupidly like you ow
“Hello, my name is Anna and I’m going to be your waitress for tonight. Can I start you both off with drinks and an appetizer?” She said in a chirpy tone, only staring at Zach biting her bottom lip.Why are women so disrespectful? I know he isn’t my boyfriend, but they don’t know that. Ugh, whatever. I rolled my eyes and said, “DrPepper for me, please.”Zach paid no attention to Anna. He was staring at me when he said, “I’ll have the same. Can you bring us some queso dip and chips, please?”“Sure thing, handsome.” She chimed and winked at him.“Riv’s, I’m sorry for being so selfish and for not telling you about my feelings. I should have. I really did want to, I just didn’t know how and before you even say how I could talk to other girls so easily, but not you, please understand that I was scared. You were the one girl who I could talk to about everything…everything except that. I was afraid you would reject me. I was afraid that you didn’t feel the same for me. I mean come on, Riv’s, y
River“Uhhh…” I groaned feeling like I had just woken up from a Saturday night into early Sunday morning of binging on N*****x. The last time I did that, Dad was upset because we missed church.I opened my eyes slowly only to close them quickly as the sun's rays illuminated the entire room, dazing me. It took me a few seconds to adjust to the light. I opened them slowly and got scared for a second realizing this wasn’t my room. My eyes felt heavy and swollen. Just then I was hit with the flashbacks of my uneventful afternoon and evening from yesterday.I wish it was all just a nightmare. I hate being upset at Zach. He makes me happy and I feel comfortable around him. I even miss him when I don’t see him for a while. I guess I was accustomed to his presence. Tears started to form in the back of my eyes and I blinked a couple of times trying to hold them back, but it was useless. I was hurt. “All those years,” I whispered.I sat up only to lay back down again because I became dizzy. I ha
“We’re pregnant!” I yelled out at our family and friends, and they all gaped. Before they reacted to the news, I shouted out, “Wait! Wait, that’s not all!” Alec chuckled. I glanced over to him and mouthed, ‘Ready?’He nodded. I pulled a onesie that said ‘Not One’ and then two seconds later, Alec pulled the next onesie saying ‘But Two’.Everyone roared. The house was filled with shock, cheering, and laughter. I loved their expressions but most importantly the way our parents cried. We had invited everyone to a get together at our home. We threatened every one of them to save the date and make an appearance, especially Jason and Samantha.Guess what though? Jason finally proposed. Sammy showed us her engagement ring and we all screamed. We were jumping with joy for them both. I hugged my buddy, almost bringing him to the ground.“J, I’m so happy you finally asked! I can’t wait!” I spoke through tears. I was truly happy for him because I was scared he would lose her. They’ve been together
Three years later.“What did you bring for lunch, bestie?” Zach said buoyantly.I rolled my eyes, “Stop eyeing my food, Z. I’m not giving you half of my lunch. You always do this to me, you eat yours and then steal from mine.” I said in an annoying tone.“Come on! Steal? Wrong choice of words don’t you think, Riv’s? Sharing is caring and what are best friends for…you know I love your food, babe.” He retorted, pouting and giving me puppy eyes.“Well, then it’s a good thing I brought you a separate container of spaghetti.” I grinned, wiggling my eyebrows.“You do love me!!! I knew it! Thank you, Rivs. You need to show D how to make your famous spaghetti. But say it without her knowing I asked you to. Baby girl gets butt hurt when she burns something or the food comes out bland. So you can imagine how she’ll get if she finds out I don’t like her spaghetti.” He frowned and blew out his cheeks.Delilah and Zach got engaged the year we graduated. They’re now living on the outskirts of Houst
I just want to thank you for your support.I loved writing this book. It breaks my heart to end this beautiful romance. I loved writing about Alec's and River's love. I hope you all enjoyed it too.It would mean so much if you would leave me a review and share my book with others.I am currently working on Alpha Ivan's sequel, Valentina - I Bow To No One.I don't like to work on multiple books at one time. It's better for me that way so that I won't get the characters mixed up. As soon as I have a good amount of chapters I will get with my editor and get it on the shelf. Also, please let me know what you thought about River. As an author, I would love the feedback especially on what I can work on. I have another book I would like to add on my page, but it would have to wait. That one will fall into the-- my bestfriends brother, catagory.I want to thank my love ones who have supported me on this journey. Like I said before, I never thought I would be writing books and it has beem amazi
RiverFive months later.I don’t know where to start. So much has happened since the day we returned to his home from Las Vegas.First, let me start by saying I’m a big sister y’all! My baby brother, Tristan, is finally here. He was born on March 7th and he’s my Dad’s twin with blue eyes and light brown hair. Baby boy is adorable! My friends, Alec’s parents, and some of Abby’s relatives and friends were there to welcome him to this world. It was the best day ever.Sorry, I got a little too excited. Back to when we returned to his home from Vegas. The time came to say goodbye and it was really sad. Even though we were going to see each other in a week or two, depending on how long the transfer process and packing took, it was still difficult for both of us.When he dropped me off at the airport, it was the longest agonizing moment of our lives. Yes, I'm being dramatic. We shared a lot of kisses, making sure not to do it in the public eye. Let’s just say…I’m glad they had family restroom
AlecMine. All mine. I would have her for the rest of my life until my last dying breath. My mouth went dry the moment I saw her in the sexy lingerie. Her tits out, the stockings on those sexy legs, the thong, the whole outfit had me rock hard. Then she began to dance and the song she chose almost had me combusting. Run her like a river?! Oh, I was going to do that and more. My hands weren’t holy though, I’ve made her sin and I have no regrets. She protested and threw a fit when I carried her to our room saying she wasn’t done. I ain’t gonna lie, when she ordered me to go in the room it was sexy as heck and I loved that side of her, but I’m dominant and the Alpha in me couldn’t control himself anymore.I could practically smell her arousal and saw how her p*ssy glistened when she waved it in my face. How can she expect the beast in me to sit there and watch her bounce and sway her delicious a*s on my shaft?I threw her on the bed, “Alec!” She giggled. I began to unbutton my shirt when
RiverWe made it to Palazzo Resort. The security there guided Alec and me to LAVO, an Italian restaurant and nightclub located inside. The moment we walked in, everyone was there waiting for us. Even some of Brice’s closest friends and Jaylen’s parents.Brice rented the entire restaurant slash club for us. It had a spacious dance floor and looked sleek and modern, with a mix of vintage and contemporary elements. I loved it!Xander was grinning at me the entire time and I just had to ask why.“Why are you smiling at me like that? Do you find me funny or something?” He cackled.“Nope, I just knew that Alec would finally get his girl in the end. All he needed to do was be patient. You were never Zach’s and I’m so glad that you discovered that yourself. By the way, sorry to hear about your accident.” I was in awe. My lips parted to his reply.“What nonsense are you telling my wife, Xander?” Alec said, hugging me from behind, and kissing my neck.“Nonsense? Quite the opposite, Alec. I’m onl
River“Okay, we’re all here! What’s going on, River? I mean don’t get us wrong, we are super happy that you got your man and y’all are together, but why did ya want all of us together here on iChat?” Erica questioned.I sent them a group message earlier to get on iChat. It was late, but this news couldn’t wait. I mean, I could have done a video chat, but I wanted a perfect view of their faces. Front row tickets of their genuine expressions when they heard the news of us getting married.Alec came up behind me, wrapped his arm around my neck, and kissed my cheek. “Hey guys, thanks for getting on here on short notice. I appreciate you guys making time for this sudden meeting. I’m sure y’all were busy but we have some news we want to share with you.”Zach cocked an eyebrow. Jaylen looked puzzled. Jason was waiting for us to speak. Erica and Delilah were both wearing a smile.“Okay, spill,” Erica said impatiently.I lifted my hand to the camera and showed them the ring. Everyone's jaw drop
RiverI can’t believe I’m here! The most magical place a girl could be at, a dream come true– Disneyland. I should add Disney World to my bucket list after this. Any girl who’s watched all the Disney princess movies should understand this feeling inside. Since I was a little girl, my all-time favorite movie was Ariel, but I also loved Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella.“Ouch!” I squealed. I pinched myself on the arm as I stood in front of Cinderella’s castle, earning me a puzzled look from Alec. He shook his head and I rolled my eyes, he wouldn’t understand. We came early in the morning to walk through at least two parks. I wore this cute dusty pink oversized jogger set. Alec kept trying to cover my stomach from guys who couldn’t keep their eyes off me. My cropped matching color hoodie was too short for his liking. I mean I don’t understand what the big deal was, I looked cute and it was perfect for the weather.I even wore my white Adidas with matching color stripes to my outfit. My h
AlecRiver and I spent the whole weekend together, sightseeing. I mostly wanted her to see the beach and take her to the Santa Monica pier. We also spent two nights alone in a hotel, indulging in our bodies and orgasms. It all felt like a dream, a dream I was scared to wake up from. The thought of her returning home was heavy on my heart. How would I survive the next few months without her? That was going to be hard.At night while she slept in my arms, I thought about the comment I made outside the restaurant at the guy snapping our picture. I told him she would be my wife and I meant that. Then it hit me! What if I make her my wife? What if before she leaves, we go to Las Vegas and get married? I mean we didn’t have to go far, a courthouse would do, but it would be perfect. There was no doubt in every inch of my body that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her.She was a done deal, the one who captured and owned my heart. I knew she felt the same way, so why wait? We are not
