FRIENDS, FOES, AND LOVERS

Ghost paced up and down in the throne room, waiting for his guard to come back with the report of Calistè’s whereabouts. He had not seen her for some time now and he was beginning to get worried. He needed her to be certain his plan was going on well. She was an integral part of it. The guard walked back in shaking his head and Ghost frowned at him, waiting for him to spill the bad news.

“You’ve still not seen her have you?” Ghost stared at the guard as he walked up to him.

He shook his head In confirmation. “She’s nowhere to be found my king. My scouts have searched everywhere.”

“I think I would have to do this myself then,” Ghost said and stood up from his throne. “Calistè thinks she’s smart but I’ll show her who I am.”
