Xavier was lost for words as the whole room had gone silent after Layla's declaration.

"Is this true, Rhea?" Xavier stood centimeters away from Rhea, the feeling of nostalgia hitting him from all angles.

It just couldn't have been real, Xavier was sure of it.

"Answer him!" Jimin shouted in anger.

Xavier frowned at his outburst and jimin stayed in place.

Rhea had her head bowed from the shame and the guilt, it wasn't as though she didn't know that this day would come or that things like these existed but was she expecting it?

Not quite.

"I told you she wasn't the person you knew" jimin spoke, breaking the hurtful silence.

"We should leave, Xavier" Layla suddenly said, her whole body and soul already out of the situation, and that was just Layla.

"Answer me, Rhea. Is what jimin saying, actually the truth? Are you the king Slayer... Did you brutally murder me a hundred years ago?"
