Allegra’s Pov

As Xander entered my room, I looked up from the book I was engrossed in, a smile naturally forming on my lips. “Hey, Xander. What's up?” I greeted him warmly, curious about why he had come to see me.

His demeanor seemed a bit nervous, but I couldn't quite place why. “Allegra, there's something I've been meaning to ask you,” he began, his voice steady yet tinged with a hint of apprehension.

Setting my book aside, I gave him my full attention, intrigued by his sudden seriousness. “What is it?” I asked, leaning forward slightly, eager to hear what was on his mind.

Taking a deep breath, Xander stepped closer, his gaze unwavering. “I was thinking… Would you like to go on a date with me?” He finally asked, his words hanging in the air with anticipation.

Surprised by his proposition, I felt a rush of excitement flood through me. A smile spread across my face as I replied, “Yes, Xander, I would love to go on a date with you,” unable to contain my enthusiasm.
