“You won't believe what he said about her.“ I smiled in glee at the thought of him discussing me with Mane. I wondered what they were talking about.

I didn't have to wonder for long because my world shattered at her next words.

“He wished she would be less whiny, and he doubted if he wanted a baby at this stage of his life.“
