Elora's POV

Seeing Bryce's hand stretched towards me, one thing came to my mind: Alpha Killian. The fact that his actions had made Alpha Killian see me as a slut, and the pack members too, disgusted me.

I didn't want to go with Rohan, but I didn't want to stay with Bryce either.

With a deep breath leaving my lips, my grip on Rohan's hand tightened even more. At this point, there were two advantages I had: one was the fact that I was keeping my distance from Bryce, just as I wished, and the second was that Alpha Killian was going to be mad at me even more.

But guess what? When an Alpha gets furious knowing that his mate and Luna is with another man, he won't hesitate to come for her; he won't hesitate to want her back in his life.

"Elora, don't do this, don't make a mistake in the name of paying Alpha Killian back! You will get hurt!" Kyla, my inner wolf, cautioned as she tried warning me.
