He knew that K had found the other guy that she wanted and the other guy already accepted that fact. This made him so angry as he saw how hesitant he was when she spoke to him that morning.
He had been trying to contact K and yet she wasn’t responding or reading any texts from him. She was probably busy, he assumed.
So there he was sitting in a private booth in The Veil waiting for the other guy at night. He had been there for an hour which was earlier than the appointment the two made.
Finally, the door was opened and a familiar figure walked into the booth wearing a mask and a cap. This kind of dressing was usually done by popular individuals but mostly celebrities. Did this meant that K had hooked a celebrity as soon as he sent her away? She was pretty quick, this made his heart ache.
