THE MAN MOCKINGLY laughed at Jacob. "You think I'm afraid of you... werewolf! Tsk. Tsk. I may be a normal being but I'm dangerous too. Men!" he yelled.

On cue, men came out from the mist grinning from ear to ear. They're just normal beings but I can see the danger in their eyes. Who are these men? Are they rebels?

"Let. Them. Go. Or I will rip you in half... human," Jacob said with a threat.

The man, once again, laughs at us, including his comrades.

"As I said, I am not afraid of you," he mocked, "And look!" he exclaimed as he points at something behind us.

Worried flooded us when we realized that Nereza and Ayla are now both unconscious.

"This woman is not affected with powdered wolfsbane. We gave her a sleeping powder instead," a man said while pointing his finger at Ayla.

Ayla is a normal being that's why she isn't affected by wolfsbane.

"What do you want from us?! If you want gold coins and jewelry, we don't have them!" I told them half-yelling.

"Hmmm, we actua
