Alpha Lucien's POV

Asher ran to my study and I wondered what was chasing him. At first I thought he was here to tell me about how we weren't planning well for the war and he felt we weren't ready at all and anything could happen. I was already pissed off by his talks when he was trying to tell me what to do because I really hated whenever people were trying to question my authority and that was what he was trying to do and I really hated it.

"Are you really being serious about this? So you are trying to tell me that they have gotten into our capital and they are making it here and now. All my attention was that they were going to attack tomorrow. How did they gather up their armies that fast?" I murmured out while Asher stared at me with an 'i told you' look and I was so angry at Damon for putting me in such a position because who would have thought that he would actually attack today because he probably Knew we weren't going to be ready because I thought so little of him.
