Escaping The Wrath

Jessie's Pov

I paced back and forth the building looking as though I was locked in a cave. I was kidnapped- Melanie's handiwork. And not only that, I still can't find Xander and the kids here which only means I was tricked into coming here. Creasing my forehead, I looked around the cave; exhausted.

It's been more than six hours now and even though I don't have a wristwatch with me nor a time tracker, it wasn't that hard to see through. Plus, the sky is getting dark and currently, have lost all hope I will ever leave here tonight.

I scoffed out loud. Great! How awesome would it be spending the night in here. Note the sarcasm.

The cave is so dusty and uncared for. Lots of cobwebs running through the roof, and then what worsened it all- it's as scary as hell. Had I known, I should have stayed home and wait for them to finally come but then, I know my heart won't be able to bare it. Right now, I don't even know if they've gotten home yet or they are still lost as I had thought.
