**POV Cassandra**

I remember staring at her, trying to find something to say, but the words simply wouldn’t come. It was as if my voice had been ripped away along with the dignity that Jade was destroying before me. An overwhelming tightness seized my chest when I saw Alpha Xavier intertwine his fingers tightly with hers, a gesture of possession that cut me deeply.

"Guards! Get this filthy slave out of here! She’s interrupting us!" the Alpha roared angrily, his voice resonating with a low, threatening growl. I felt his wolf emerge briefly, while Jade, with a satisfied smile, rested her head on his chest, as if savoring my humiliation.

Within seconds, two huge guards appeared, and before I could react, one of them grabbed my arm, dragging me down the hallway, while the other yanked on my long dark hair, their curses echoing in my ears with every step I took.
