Chapter 4

Nicklaus quickly conjured up a stream and placed Bellamy in it. She kept struggling in the water as her body remained hot. " What do I do?" He muttered. " Should I her kiss again?" 

  He debated within his self before forcing himself to kiss her. He kissed again, this time around more deeply and passionately. Her body calmed down slowly and the glow in her eyes became dim. 

  " What happened?" She asked as she felt a slight headache. 

  " You got drunk." He said and carried her in a bridal style towards the bed. 

  " Nicklaus." Archer called as he walked in. " What happened to her?" 

  " She got drunk. She'll be fine before you depart. " He said. 

  " I'd like to have a word with you. " Archer said and he sighed . He dropped her on the bed before walking out of the room with archer. " I know you like my sister. "

  " Like is a powerful word, your highness." 

  " And I also know your father's told you everything about your destiny. But I need to ask for a favour. "

  " I'll do anything. "

  " Don't force destiny to happen. Let it come to you. Bellamy is rather fragile and knows nothing about her fate. Please let her be the one to come to you when it's time. "

  " I wasn't planning on forcing her either. The queen commanded but it doesn't mean I must obey. " He said and the prince smiled. 

  " We'll be gone before dawn. " Archer said and walked away.

  ..

  " He didn't do it. " Lord Balor snapped. " I knew he couldn't be trusted. "

  " What do you mean Lord Balor? Princess Bellamy is a young maiden. You don't expect the young man to have his way with her at a first meeting." Queen Minerva shot him a glare. " Not every man is like you. " 

  " If I may, he made mention that she won't remember seeing him." Archer said. 

  " If it isn't yet time, she won't. " Queen Minerva said. " Thank you for protecting her. Lord Balor!"

  " Who am I to question the queen? " He said and bowed his head. " But the wedding plan must still continue. "

  " Are you a fool my Lord? You might be willing to sell your son into marriage but my sister is not a property to be sold. " Archer said annoyed. 

  " And who are you to tell me that? "

  " I am the crown prince. The future ruler of Crusta. The wedding between your son and my sister will never hold. If you insist, your son would be the only one in attendance. " Archer smirked. " Now that all is settled, I'll take my leave. Your Majesty. "

  " Bellamy. " Arleta called after her. She was in the garden when she saw her passing through. 

  " Good evening cuzzy." Bellamy smiled. 

  " I heard about the wedding. "

  " What wedding?"

  " You and Lord Balor's son. " 

  " It's been cancelled. "

  " Oh thank God. I was beginning to imagine the awful fate you were going to face marrying that awful son of his. Believe me, he is not close to being handsome. " Arleta said and she laughed. 

  " Pray tell, who is handsome in this great kingdom of ours? " 

  " Well your brothers of course and that dude, Nicklaus is so handsome too. You remember him, don't you? "

  " No I don't. I only remember going out of the castle barriers yesterday but I don't remember meeting anyone. " Bellamy said and she nodded. 

  " Oh. Her memory was wiped. " Arleta muttered.

  " What did you say? "  

  " Oh nothing. "

  " Lady Arleta. " Mariam said and bowed her head. 

  " What is it Mariam? " Arleta asked. 

  " The Lord of the Winterland is requesting your presence. " 

  " Oh, Lord of Winterland, Winter, Wintergreen. Tell the Lord that the Lady Arleta is busy. " Arleta scoffed. 

  " Of course, my lady. " She said and bowed her head before leaving. 

  " This is the fifteenth suitor you've rejected since you got here." Bellamy chuckled.

  " And I'll keep on rejecting till my father stops trying to sell me off. " Arleta said as they sat on the bench. " The Summer's festival tomorrow. "

  " I've never attended one."

  " I understand. But you've learnt how to control your powers. I'm sure the Queen would let you go. And besides this year's festival is all about you and your brother. " Arleta said and she smiled.

  " Princess Bellamy. " They heard a voice call. 

  " Nicklaus. " Arleta said excitedly. " Bellamy don't you remember him? You met him last night. "

  " I don't. I would have remembered such a handsome face if I met him. " 

  " I don't think the princess met me last night. I would have recalled. " Nicklaus said with a wide smile. 

  " Oh I thought you met him. Nicklaus what brings you to the castle? " She asked. 

  " I have a meeting with the queen on behalf of my foster father. " He said and she nodded. 

  " Go now. I wouldn't want to keep you. " She chuckled nervously. 

  " You'll be seeing more of my presence soon enough. " He smirked.

After taking a long stroll around the castle, Bellamy walked back to her chambers. She was about entering her room when she spotted a lady with silver hair. 

  " Hello. " She called slowly as she walked towards the lady and she disappeared. " Strange. Why would anyone be practicing magic in my chambers?" She said as she walked back to her room. 

  " Your highness." Mariam stood up immediately she entered. 

  " Did the Queen send for me?" 

  " Yes but I told her you were meditating." 

  " Never mind. It might be something interesting. " She said and walked out.

  " Mother. " Bellamy called when she met her at the east wing. 

  " Bellamy. Come meet Tyson your new guard and tutor. "

  " Tutor? But he's so young. " She muttered. 

  " Tyson is a fine knight and master of magic. He might young but he's reliable. " She smiled. 

  " You've never given me a male tutor. "

  " Well your powers have grown stronger so I thought you might need a stronger tutor. Tyson is the strongest I could find. He'll be following you everywhere you go. " She said and Bellamy bowed her head. 

  " If that is your wish, mother. Tyson would you please excuse us? I need to talk to my mother. " Bellamy asked and he bowed his head before leaving. 

  " What is it?"

  " I saw something strange when I was about entering my room. " 

  " Do tell. "

  " A lady with silver hair . She disappeared when I almost got to her. " 

  " Silver hair. Well that's rare. "

  " I knew it. I haven't seen anyone with silver hair since when I was born."

  " That's because it has gone into extinction when you were born. That's why I married my own cousin. Hoping that the silver hair would come back to life. " 

  " You mean the royal families of the past had silver hair? "

  " A few of them. Yes. If you saw someone with silver hair, that means someone has opened the portal to the underworld. "

  " What? Is that even real? "

  " It is. Now, go to your room. Have some rest. We have a big day tomorrow. "

  " Okay mother. " She bowed her head slightly before leaving.

  Prince Sebastian was in his room reading a book he got from the library earlier. It was a book about evil spirits and demons. After the discovery made by the physician, he had been more curious about evil spirits so he went in search of books about them. He thought since the kingdom was already in it's modern area, evil spirits would cease to exist. But evil spirits never cease to exist as long as there is magic. 

  Crusta might be more developed than other kingdoms around but there is one weapon that is forbidden is nuclear weapons and guns. The last time a gun was used, it nearly destroyed the whole kingdom. The forces of magic in the kingdom was too strong for the gun, thus causing the ban. 

  " Your highness. " A slender girl with blonde hair said as she walked into the room. 

  " Beatrix. Come, come sit. " He said and tapped the bed as he closed the book immediately and tossed it to a side. 

  " Did you miss me?"

  " I missed your hole. " He said and fondled with her boobs. Few minutes later , their clothes were off and he was banging her hard. She tried to kiss but he turned his face making her lips meet his cheek. 

  " Put on your clothes and leave. " He said when he had satisfied himself. 

  " Your highness. Did I do something wrong?" She feigned tears. 

  " Leave! God damnit. "

  " I'm sorry if I tried to kiss you. It was wrong. "

  " Do you want me to repeat myself. I said leave! " He glared at her coldly and she scurried out of the room without putting her clothes. This wasn't the first he had kicked her out right after sex and it won't be the last. She just can't stop herself from kissing his beautiful lips. Kissing was not his thing. 

  " If you're gonna keep kicking every girl that tries to kiss you out of your room after sex, you might as well learn to seal your dick. " Archer said as he appeared. He had created an illusion making himself invisible. 

  " Well isn't that noble brother? Spying on your little brother while he has sex. Did you perhaps wanna see how good I was in bed. " Sebastian said sarcastically. 

  " I wanted to make sure you don't create a baby with a common whore. Mother would not be pleased. " 

  " I'm always careful. " He smiled. 

  " The Queen wants to see us. We're going hunting. "

  " Hunting? It's almost sundown. "

  " It's just six thirty. And we're not hunting for animals. We're hunting for spirits. " He said and ruffled his hair. 

  " Mess with your own hair. " He grumbled.

  " Put on your clothes and let's move out. " He smirked.

  " Asshole. "

  " Prick. "

  " Shut up!" Sebastian grunted.

  " The princes are going hunting with the queen. Do you want to tag along? " Arleta asked Bellamy while they were on the way to the room after dinner. 

  " Since you mentioned who's going, we might as well have fun have at home. "

  " Come on we could sneak behind them and they're using horses, it would be easier. I'll use my wind. " She pouted. 

  " Alright fine. But I'll need to change. "

  " No need. We're not hunting. We'll just tag along. And have you seen the queen change clothes while going hunting? "

  " No. "

  " Good we're good to go. " She winked.

 “ I was wondering if we could take my sworn protector with me."

“ Are you crazy? He'll rat us out. "

“ Tyson is my sworn protector and he'll do what I say even if he disagrees."

“ And you trust him? Come on Bells you just met the guy today. " 

“ I don't trust him but I feel he'll do anything I say if he wants to keep his job. By the way, that guy earlier, Nicklaus was it? "

“ Yes. What about him?"

“ I don't think I saw him leave the castle."

“ Maybe he did. "
