Once it was all arranged, he instructed Jordan to take Jessamine's and Colin's hair samples to the hospital for a paternity test. He also stashed a copy of Colin's sample in a drawer, ready for comparison once they received the materials from Frence.

He suspected there might be undisclosed truths about Jessamine's background. As for Colin, he didn't trust anything he said.
