NATALIA'S POV

Beth was nowhere to be found.

I showed up three days later and I couldn't find her or anything that could prove her existence. Her room was exactly how I remembered it to be the last time I checked in on her. The bed was neatly made, everything placed in its rightful place and the blinds were closed. This only indicated a single thing, for the past two to three days, she had not set foot in her room.

That single fact called for immediate panicking. Beth doesn't engage in any activity that would require her to leave the palace for this long amount of time. That was so unlike her.

I did not give up the search nonetheless, I couldn't even do that if I tried to. The fact that she is out there, somewhere, and as long as I was concerned, might be in danger doesn't sit well with me. I wanted to know what was happening, I wanted to find her and help her in any way that I could.
