Chapter 102 Sandwiches.

"Are you certain this isn't a bit too much?" I'm worried about my kids these days.

"This much is just minimum requirements, believe me, I was doing worse at their age," Dexter tells me, however I'm finding it pretty difficult to agree with him.

For a straight week it's been nothing but cruel training right after school and they're worn out by it.

I glance over at the sleeping kids who've even started snoring a bit and turn to Dexter, this isn't how I wish they'd grow up, but I have to admit that this is necessary, however… they look tired.

"Don't worry too much," Dexter says, his arms wrapping around me as he squeezes in, "they have the blood of a fearless leader in them, believe me, there's no one who'd be strong enough to out best them."

… I sure hope so.

Rocking in his arms I sigh shortly as I give in to this unfamiliar training.

"Just, let them catch a break when they need to okay," I beg him.

"You have my word," he says.
