Chapter 47 Right Time

Lydia's gaze swept over the recently completed sample clothes and the precious design sketches, a hint of heartache flickering in her eyes, but anger soon replaced it.

Seeing Lydia appear, the madness in Maggie's eyes gradually subsided a bit. "You finally decided to show up! I'm asking you, did you arrange for someone to hurt Ron? I know you're wealthy and powerful now, but don't forget, all of this was supposed to be ours!"

Lydia looked at the hysterical Maggie, her angry gaze gradually cooling into pity.

She slowly curved her lips into a smirk. "Maggie, it seems it's you who hasn't figured things out! Last week, I officially acquired ownership of the G Group. Moreover, these things were all left to me by my mother. They have nothing to do with you!"

"Bah! Let's not talk about property matters. How do you explain Ron's injury?" Maggie knew the property issue was settled, so she moved on to the matter of Ron being hurt.

Lydia frowned. "What happened to Ron?"
