It was raining non-stop as if sympathizing with the young man Migi.

His mother's funeral had just ended and the others had left, but the young man remained seated near the tomb.

When they looked at his eyes, they could see the grief and sorrow he felt over the death of his mother.

It never crossed his mind that his mother would leave him. Migi still remembers the happy days that he and his mother had together when she was still alive.

“Mom! Look at me, I’m superman!” Young Migi said happily while wearing a cape and just kept running as if he were flying.

“Migi! Come here and we will eat.”

The boy immediately returned and greeted his mother with a hug and a kiss.

"My baby is very tender, but you know you smell like sweat," his mother said as she removed her hug.

“Mama! Don't you love me anymore?” He pouted as he asked his mom.

"You are my baby, of course, mama loves you very much," his mother hugged him tightly.

“Mama, don't you ever leave me! You know that you are the only one left to me.”

It took a few minutes before his mother replied "Yes son, I promise."

Since he was young, he was no longer with his father. He was always looking for it from his mother but the answer was that he had been dead for a long time. But at least once he did not feel the lack of care, also because of the insatiable love given by his mother.

"You're such a liar mom!" he shouted on top of his lungs and continued to sob.

While he was crying, he didn’t know that there was a man who was watching and listening to him from the start.

The man hissed at the crying young man. He stopped crying but did not look behind him.

For no apparent reason, Migi suddenly felt annoyed.

"You know if you're just going to mess around, get out of here. You're ruining my momentum!" He shouted without looking at the man.

"You're a man, but you even beat a woman when you cry," said the man as he approached Migi.

Migi ignored it and just continued to talk. "Do you know Mama is the only one with me in life? Now, she's gone. I don't know what to do! I'm losing my appetite for everything! How can I continue my life if the only one who loves and supports me has left me? She said she won't leave me.” Migi said as he knelt on the ground and his tears flowed again.

The man remained silent on his back as if he was also feeling sadness. He handed a handkerchief, and Migi got it to wipe away his tears.

Migi continued to cry and sniff even more than the infant. The man laughed a little at Migi's behavior.

After a few minutes, when the rain stopped, he also stopped shedding tears. He felt a little relief in his chest because of that crying, although the pain was still there, it felt much lighter than before.

He suddenly remembered the man behind him, but when he looked back it had disappeared like a bubble. He immediately looked at the handkerchief lent to him. For some unknown reason, he smiled while holding it.

A few minutes later, he sighed and suddenly thought that somehow that stranger had helped him. Migi also realizes that this is not the end of his life. That he still had to move on and he also needs to know who was responsible for his mother's death. Then he can take revenge. He will strive to achieve the justice he deserves for his mother.

"Achoo! Looks like I'm going to get sick!" Migi said as he laughed while scratching his nape.

Migi decided to go home. As he walked, he noticed that someone seemed to be following him. Because he was afraid of what would happen to him, he decided to take the bus. While on the bus, he noticed a hooded man looking around as if he was looking for something. He immediately relaxes when he arrives home.

After he cleaned up, he thought of lying down on the sofa first. He was tired to the point that he slept for so long and it was getting dark that he was still sleeping on the sofa.

While he was asleep, a man approached him and lifted him onto his bed. When he put down Migi, he kissed him on his cheek.

"We will be together soon, Migi," the man said before leaving.

The next day, Migi woke up because of the sound of his cell phone alarm and wondered why he had moved to the bed. But he just ignored it and went into the bathroom to take a bath.

He is still studying and he will soon graduate from Senior High.

Although he has moved on from that incident, he still cannot forget the tragic tragedy that happened to his mother. He suddenly remembered the scary thing that happened to his mother, how her body was chopped like a pig, and some of her body parts were still not found.

As he remembered the scene, he couldn't stop himself and cried again. He still couldn't believe it and his heart was full of anger because of what had happened.

Migi is already walking to the bus terminal to go to school, they are well-off and have their car but he prefers to commute. His mother left a lot of money and possessions, so it went to him.

As he was walking he suddenly heard a piece of news about the murder case.

“Another body was found in the alley in Paco, Manila…”

There is no denying that this is similar to what happened to his mother. It's been a few months and that's all the news. Migi believes that this is not just a murder case.

He was thinking deeply and was unaware of the bulk of the man he had collided with.

"Sorry," Migi said while grabbing his belongings without looking at the person in front of him.

When he stood up, he saw the man's smile reach his ears.

“Such a weirdo,” He murmured as he ignored them and continued walking.

"Cry baby," the man teased him.

Migi just ignored it and took the bus to their school.

When he entered the gate he saw his two best friends waiting there. The girl named Althea tries to tease him "Hey! Migi, you're being sentimental again!"

Migi ignored it and just smiled at the person next to her, Fael just nodded and went back to read his book.

"Guys! Do you know what was on the news earlier? It's really bad, I don’t want that to happen to me, I'm still a virg*n" Althea said laughing while covering her gem.

Migi immediately smacked her while Fael couldn't stop laughing.

"You're a woman, but your mouth is like a j*rk, Althea!" Migi said. Then sighed as he massaged his brow.

They continued walking, they were classmates because they took the same strand. They only met recently but they still beat other friends in their solid friendship.

Inside their classroom, the news of the body found is still the main topic.

A student asked his friend. "Is the zombie real?"

His friend stared at him and just laughed. "If it's true that there are zombies, maybe there are also superheroes," the student said while raising his right arm that he looks like he is about to fly.

For some unknown reason, the word superheroes suddenly entered Migi's mind. Since he was a child, he always believed in superhumans.

Althea immediately noticed Migi’s sudden change of mood. "Wow! What's happening?! It looks like you have fought with your girlfriend?!" Althea asked, glaring at him.

"No, it’s not, I was just thinking that a zombie might avoid you when he sees you," Migi replied.

Althea frowned at what he said. "You're saying nonsense most of the time, Fael help me kick this guy!" She looks at Fael to ask for help. But to her surprise, Fael just smirks at her "Tsk!"

"Wow! All right that's it!" Althea stated as she pretended to sulk.

The three just laughed because of what she did.

"Quiet Please!" The three just fell silent when their teacher glared at them.

In the cafeteria, the three were eating and the news had not disappeared from the conversation of each student earlier.

"Guys! Did you know-"

"Not yet." Migi cuts what Althea has about to say.

"Argh! Anyway, I saw a handsome guy earlier, out there. But he looks like waiting for someone." Althea said in a sad tone. But her friends ignored her and just continued eating.

She suddenly took and ate Migi's cookies while drinking Fael's black forest frappe.

Because of what she did, his two friends glared at him. Althea knew that it was the favorite of the two.

The two just sighed as they did nothing.

At about five o'clock in the afternoon, the class ended and the three of them went home.

Migi is the only one who has a different way home, while Althea and Fael have the same routes.

As Migi walks to the terminal he feels something strange as if someone is following him. He did not look back and he accelerated his walk.

He almost had a heart attack when his cell phone rang. But before he spoke, he heard Althea's sobbing and seemingly frightened voice.

"M-migi help us."

He was immediately alarmed by what he heard. "Hey? Althea?! What happened? This is not a good joke!" he complained as he felt his heartbeat so fast.

Athea continues to sob "He's gone Migi, Fael is dead."

"Althea? What are you saying-" before he continued what to say, he was cut off.

Migi feels like a bucket of cold water had been poured on him because of what he heard. Fortunately, it’s good that his friend's location is open on the cell phone; he can easily track where they are.

When he reached the abandoned building, he could hear nothing but the strong beating of his heart.

"I can do it! For my friends" he insisted as he slowly entered the dark and smelly building where his friend was.

He was about to enter when someone suddenly grabbed his shoulder. He didn't expect it and because of his nervousness he couldn't stop screaming.

"AHH–" but before the shouting could continue, the man covered his mouth and pulled into the hidden part of the building.

Migi was shocked. When he looked at the one who had stopped him, he did not expect this man to be familiar. A tall man with brown skin, by looking at him he was sure that he is a good man.

"Sss! Don't shout, if you still value your life," the man said while trying to stop Migi from making any noise.

Migi trembled when he witnessed the horrible thing that happened. He just covered his mouth and tried to stop crying. He saw Althea eaten by a creature that he could call a monster. Some parts of its body were also severed. But before he could get angry at what he saw, the man took Migi's gaze away from the monster.

"Don't look!" the man told him as he avoided that incident in the young man's eyes.

He just hugged the non -stop sobbing young man while massaging his back.

"W-why?" Migi asked tearfully to the man who hugged him.

"Everything will be fine, Migi" he whispered as he hugged the crying young man.
