"What should I do to make you happy?" Anthony asked patiently.

Chloe looked up. "Grandma said Mama will come visit us tomorrow. Papa, will Mama come? Is Mama abandoning us...?" She sobbed.

Anthony set the spoon down and tensed in frustration when he noticed his sons staring at him as well.

Just then, his phone rang and Anthony took it out of his pocket. "I need to take this call."

He set Chloe down to his seat and walked outside to the living room. "What is it, Mr. Faye?"

"Let's all gather for a meal tomorrow. Are you free?" Nigel asked.

Anthony remained quiet, knowing exactly why Nigel was arranging a meeting.

"We need to reach a consensus about the kids. You don't get to decide everything on your own." Nigel cut to the chase, since everyone already knew about the triplets.

"I know. Let me know the time."

By the time he returned to the dining room, Hayden had already convinced Chloe to eat.
