A Glass of Wine

Arka drove his car across the highway he was traveling on. The thumping music with the swinging bass made Arka's mood dance.

"I haven't had a party in a long time. This is great, you can wash your eyes," Arka shouted in the car.

His momentary pleasure had made a great sin to his wife, Raisa. He was heartless and two-faced. Arka had the heart to lie to his innocent wife.

The notification from Arka's cell phone rang. Arka hurriedly took the cell phone that was not far from her reach.

"You want to come here?" Arka glanced at the w******p message she had received.

"Reply or not," Arka muttered.

"Yes." Arka replied to the message briefly. A little angry with Maya, he intended to ignore her when he reached his destination.

The car Arka was driving was traveling fast. The distance from Arka's house to the vacation spot she was going to took about four hours. For Arka, that was not a long time. The shadows of the party were already gracing her wicked mind.

A ringing cell phone interrupted Arka's driving focus. She hurriedly grabbed her cell phone and picked up the call without pulling over.

"I'm on the way. I'll be there in a minute." Arka said before the person on the other side could speak.

"I'm really glad you could come here. I thought it would be hard to leave Raisa behind." The caller was Maya. She had deliberately pampered her voice with a flirtatious tone, so that Arka would fall for her seduction.

Arka just cleared his throat. Maya's face flashed in his mind. He had been in a relationship with Maya for a very long time. Even before his marriage to Raisa, the two of them had been in a special relationship.

"Arka? I bought a new lingerie. I knew you'd come. I prepared it especially for you, dear."

Upon hearing the word lingeri, Arka's eyes widened slightly. The image of making love with Maya made her excited again.

"You really are the best." Arka replied.

"I know, Mas. You are definitely satisfied when you are with me." The flirtatious tone was again uttered by Maya. She was never ashamed or awkward about being a mistress of someone's husband.

"Wait for me." Arka said before hanging up the call.

"Ciiit"

Arka stopped her car suddenly. A cat just flew by and was hit by Arka.

"Damn it! Why the hell did that cat cross without looking." Arka cursed as she got out of her car. She swore at the cat she had hit.

"You're dead! That's why don't be a cat. Be smart if you want to cross. Use your eyes."

"Good thing my car isn't scratched." Arka ignored the body of the cat she had just hit. Heartlessly, Arka drove the car back. Because soon she would reach her destination.

The beat of the music could already be heard in the distance, before Arka parked his car. With a nodding head, Arka followed the beat of the music.

"I can finally party again with so many beautiful women!" Arka shouted with excitement as he picked up his luggage. His first destination was the hotel room where Maya was also staying.

Arka opened her cell phone, she checked the message sent by Maya.

"Room 203."

"Let's go party," Arka said, walking away towards the hotel room.

Maya was waiting in the hotel room she had booked. Maya had guessed that Arka would come to see her.

"I'm already beautiful and sexy. I think Mas Arka will be excited to play," Maya said, looking at her reflection in the mirror.

A knock on the door shattered Maya's fantasy of making love to Arka. She quickly stood up and opened the door for Arka.

"Arka...," Maya called in a flirtatious tone.

"Ouch... heavy."

Arka released Maya's embrace on his arm. She was a little embarrassed by Maya's overly spoiled attitude.

"I really miss you." Maya folded her face, sulking at Arka's words.

"Already dear. We're here for a vacation, so no sulking." Arka hugged Maya, not forgetting the warm kiss that landed on Maya's lips.

"Ah .... baby." Maya responded enthusiastically to the kiss given by Arka. Maya's hands deftly hung around Arka's neck.

"Let's make love now," Maya invited without embarrassment.

"Later...," Arka released their lips. Maya felt lost, she was a little irritated.

"You don't want to make love to me?" Maya asked in an annoyed tone.

"What the hell May. We can do it later. Let's just hang out with the others first," said Arka, still patient. Maya's face was still bent, she was still annoyed with Arka who refused her invitation to make love.

"It's annoying," Maya thought.

The music was getting louder and louder. Many visitors were enjoying their vacation. Women in revealing outfits, wearing only bras and panties, also showed off their beautiful bodies.

"Hi everyone!" called Arka, waving his hand.

"That's him," Restu said.

"It turns out you're really here. I thought you were going to be a husband afraid of your wife," Restu quipped with a mocking face.

"What the hell, Res. I'm not like that. I'm just trying to get through a party that I rarely go to." Arka replied to Restu's words while enjoying the beat of the music.

"Want a drink?" Maya offered a glass of water.

"I don't drink that stuff," Arka denied.

"Just once. You used to be worse. Do you want to be a saint?" Restu persuaded Arka to drink the wine brought by Maya.

"Oh my God Restu. It's not that I'm afraid, it's just that I have a disease that can recur," Arka said, still refusing.

"Coward. Men have to get drunk," Restu quipped as he sipped the wine in his hand. Apparently Arka fell for Restu's persuasion. She finally drank the wine brought by Maya.

"Isn't it delicious? Let the love be more enthusiastic," Restu said with a wink.

Maya blushed, knowing what Restu meant. The images of making love with Arka flashed back into her mind.

"It's okay to drink wine once in a while. Don't worry, it won't come back!" Restu shouted over the music.

Arka just nodded, he was too excited to sip the wine that Maya poured.

The beat of the music was perfect for Arka's happy mood.

"You've been drinking a lot. You'll get drunk, dear," Maya warned. Arka ignored Maya's words. Her mouth wanted more and more of the drink.

Arka coughed once, her chest aching slightly.

"Arka?" asked Maya in a bit of a panic.

"No problem. It's just the wrong drink." Arka lied a little, even though her chest felt very painful.

"I'll go up first. I need to relieve myself." Arka left Restu and the others.

Maya followed Arka wherever he went. She had fantasized that Arka couldn't wait to make love to her.

"Arka is always so good at making excuses," Maya said shyly.

After arriving at the corridor of the hotel room, Maya clung to Arka's arm.

"Dear...."

Maya pulled out her signature line to tease Arka.

"I'm sleepy May. I want to rest." Arka let go of Maya's embrace. His head was already throbbing and his chest hurt. With a slight yell, Arka left Maya who was still upset.

"Leave me alone!" Arka completely left Maya. He entered the hotel room first.

"Arka! What's wrong with you?" Maya shouted in annoyance.

"Arka?" called Maya once again.

She couldn't get over Arka's refusal to make love. Too annoyed, Maya pulls Arka's shirt before closing the hotel room door.

"Wait!" said Maya angrily.

"What else? You just enjoy the party. I'm sleepy! Didn't you hear?" Arka snapped at Maya who was still pulling on her kemaja.

"Yes, I know, I'll take a break with you, baby." Maya lowered her voice, trying to be patient with Arka's seemingly rude attitude.

"As you wish!" Arka closed the door, no longer caring about Maya.

After throwing her body onto the bed, Arka was no longer self-conscious. She closed her eyes, her head aching.

Suddenly Arka vomited a lot. Maya, who was beside him, was shocked.

"Arka? What's wrong with you?" Maya asked frantically.

"Get my medicine from the suitcase," Arka said a little haltingly. Now her whole body was aching and sore. She knew full well that her illness had relapsed.

"Damn this disease!" Arka whispered between bouts of pain.

"Ting"

"Honey. Anya's been fussing and crying all day. I think she's sick, can you come home early?"

Arka's cell phone rang, a message from Raisa came in.

"I won't let Arka go home early," Maya thought when she saw Raisa's message. She hurriedly deleted Raisa's message from Arka's phone.
