A letter to unmute

We think of everyday as another moment to sigh deeply from your core.

Or perhaps that most of the hours where we lie on top of a nail bed is just like slowly sinking ourselves with torture.

It did go for a good trouble, but is it worth it?

How is it supposed to go when you've gone crazy from overthinking?

Hey it's you again!

How have you been?

What was wrong with you today?

Got deeply affected by that person who told you you're nothing?

I disagree so much on what happened to you. I couldn't imagine exactly what you're going through, but I know you're hurt.

You stayed in your place and kept it calm behind the curtains.

I heard that your "other side" got loose from its cage.

You held that for years.

You worked hard on keeping them together.

Removing the insanity from the covered dignity.

Find it in yourself to survive, but look for what you know is needed to be found.

You know in yourself that it's hard.
