“Mother said you refused the offer,” Nicole remarked, her tone teasing. I couldn’t help but chuckle at the way she said it. “You really don't like her, do you?”

“Tell her I’m done with her setting me up on dates,” I replied, instructing Finna to move the mannequin to the other side of the room.

It was still early, but my office was already bustling with activity. As one of the most respected fashion icons in Rome, my days were always packed with work.
