Jacob wanted to say, “Your boss has no ethics, yet wants me to have medical ethics, huh?”

However, Sam took out his phone, and Jacob just rolled his eyes.

In the next second, Jacob put his arms around Jenna’s shoulders and smiled softly and considerately. “Babe, I’m just joking! Nothing will happen when you donate blood. Moreover, I’ll be here to serve you. Just don’t faint on me because I’m too handsome!”

“Thanks a lot…” The corner of Jenna’s mouth twitched, and she slapped his hand away.

After they arrived at the blood bank, Jacob took Jenna to do a set of checkups to confirm that she was in good health before he prepared to draw her blood.

Jenna thought that the blood-drawing needle was similar to an injection needle. However, when Jacob opened the packaging, the thick and long needle scared her.

Her arm trembled, and she quickly looked away.
