Sam was aware Quinn had come and wisely excused himself from the hotel first thing in the morning. He went back to Hevedburgh.

Quinn packed Jenna’s luggage and let her sleep in. Once she woke up, they went to the hotel’s restaurant to get something to eat before heading to the airport.

In other words, the high-speed rail and airport originally set to be constructed in Whitham was going to be moved to Inksburgh instead.
