The two were very close to each other. Jenna could feel Quinn’s breath on her face and she shuddered inadvertently.

Jenna did not retreat and she met Quinn’s gaze evenly. “Didn’t you know as well, Mr. Forester? Shawn’s father and your aunt were involved once. Shawn was deceived and used as a pawn in Jacqueline Forester’s hands, killing my parents by mistake.”

“You’d better call him something else.” Quinn interrupted her.
