Chapter 173 I Know a Secret of Yours

“Your legs are sore. It’s not like you’re blind.” Quinn glanced at Jenna mildly. “And you’re reading that book for yourself, not for me.”

Upon hearing his straightforward words, Jenna threw the book at him angrily and pulled the blankets high to cover herself with.

Quinn caught the book thrown at his chest and rubbed his forehead helplessly.

After dealing with the rest of his emails, he closed his laptop and walked toward the bed. After getting into bed, he took Jenna into his arms, blanket and all. “Come out, I’ll read it with you.”

The blanket was very thin and was specially designed and provided for the summer.

Through the thin blanket, she could clearly feel she was leaning against a broad chest. After wriggling around a bit, she managed to remove the blanket covering her head.

Quinn had already opened the book to the page she had bookmarked.
