Alina was poking Alya’s head but the latter was sound asleep. The mermaid was up all night, making the dresses without any rest and was done only in the wee hours of the morning but she was so exhausted that she fell asleep on the table. Alina touched her forehead and was alarmed.
“Sis!” she exclaimed, shaking Alya hard. “You’re burning!”
Alya slowly woke up and sleepily peered at the little girl who was quite worried.
“Ow!” Alya murmured, holding her head. She was having a painful headache and her body felt really weak. It was hard for her to even lift a finger. Her heart was beating unusually fast and her temperature was too high.
