Daniel explained, "Some middle school students come from difficult backgrounds, so they hope to earn some tuition money. If the interviewee is really good, we can hire them. If they choose to pursue a design major in college, the boss will help cover their tuition fees, and they can join the company directly after graduation."

Emily suddenly remembered that she had worked part-time during her middle school years.

To earn money for Sophia, she often took on part-time jobs.

"This is a good thing. We should give children with dreams a chance," Emily nodded. "I think this approach is excellent.
