I stayed at Angelina’s side for the rest of the journey. Reagan texted me to say that they were ten minutes away, and we were five, so we slowed down. Once we were sure we would get there at the same time, we picked up speed again. Both SUVs pulled up to the pack house at the same time.
I know, very dramatic.
I took in my surroundings and Nikolas was already on high alert. The pack house is noticeably smaller than ours, but then again, they only house about 200 wolves, and ours isn’t even a pack house. I smiled when I remembered Angelina calling it a pack castle, because that is indeed what it is.
I lightly shook my mate. “Angel, we’re here.”
“I know,” she said, but still kept her eyes closed.
