Davis's POV

Seeing the shock on her face wasn't something to be surprised about. The plan wasn't to tell her that, though, but what can I do? I am no fucking saint. She knows that I want her, there's no fucking need to hide it.

I had hurriedly moved from her not because I didn't want to be close to her, but because of my morning wood. I don't want her to get uncomfortable around me. I'm trying so hard to make sure she doesn't get uncomfortable around me. At least, I've given her enough time to wrap her head around the fact that I wanted her.

Her hair was messy, her beautiful eyes wide, staring at me like I was a ghost, her face reddened, making me wonder if she had seen the tent shape on my trousers. Her fingers held the bed tightly like her life depended on it. Her looks and stare were making the morning wood shift to something else, but I dare not approach her just yet.
