Grace's POV

“Can you let him go?” I finally asked what was bothering me. We had just finished our bed exercise and I wanted to let him know that he could forgive. He has to learn to forgive.

“No,” I replied almost immediately.

I turned around to look at him since I was once backing him. His face had turned serious and anger flinched through his eyes. He looked somewhat dangerous, I just could not place my finger on it.

“Davis, he isn't a bad person”

“He is. You just don't know it” he replied.

“Give me just one reason why he should be punished, aside that he fell in love. And it isn't a crime to love. You can't beat me for loving you so much” I reached for his jaw and caressed him there.

He smiled, grabbed my hand from his chin and brought it to his lips, then kissed it.
