In his current place, Thane was wracked with anxiety and worry for his partner. His mind was unsettled, especially as he sensed what Elinor was going through. Several times, Thane asked Mike about the problems they were facing.

"Isn't it over yet?" he asked for the umpteenth time.

Hearing the same question, Mike grumbled, "What's wrong? Why are you repeating the same question from a few minutes ago? Did something happen?"
