"Why are you back so soon? Was the chat not good?" Shane asked, noticing her low spirits.

Haley dove into his arms, her voice tinged with sadness. "Jenny... she feels insecure. She can't trust Henry easily because of his past, and then there's the baby..."

Shane understood instantly. He gently patted her head. "Sweetheart, you've done your best. This is something Jenny needs to work through herself."
