Chapter 67 – Do Your Investigation

Stuart sits nervously in Emmett’s office. He can hear Simone and Emmett arguing outside the open door. “Kat; take Simone home” Emmett yells at another lady.

“No. I’m staying right here” Simone responds just as loud. “This involves my mother too. I have every right to be here. I need to know what the hell is going on.”
