Chapter 123 – What Was his Motive?

After listening to Sylvia’s confession; Josephine looks over at Simone and Emmett. “You are aware we can’t use this as evidence to arrest Doctor Springfield” she says, picking up on the bit of information he was the one who ordered their accident. “Are you certain he was involved?”

“Roger, do you mind moving so I can show Aunty Josie the files?” Emmett asks, as Roger and Josephine switch places. “We are aware. We have more.”

“I had found the information out with Mike’s help” Stuart explains as Josephine clicks on the files in Hawkeye. “Celeste and Victoria’s old editor had some of their old notes and was sure they were set up. He couldn’t prove it. Mike found a connection to Doctor Springfield and everything else fell into place. He was the person they were investigating.”

“How do you know Seamus O’Connor wasn’t the head of the Irish Mob?” Josephine asks, glancing through the files.

“Alan O’Neill told us his part in the arrest” Tyrone spits as Josephine turns to stare at him. “He did
