Chapter 105 – The Rescue

Emmett and Bartholomew sat quietly watching as the four men that grabbed them would come in and out of the room occasionally. “What are they doing?” Bartholomew whispers to Emmett.

“Don’t know” Emmett whispers back. “They haven’t hurt us. Although we can’t assume they aren’t going to.”

The door opens again and the man; the other men call Boss walks in. Instinctively, Claire tries to hide her phone again. “Can’t you leave us alone; I’m trying to bond with my men” she spat as a second man walks into the room.

Finally noticing her phone was on; “I told you to turn your phone off” the boss yells at Claire, throwing the phone against the wall, smashing it.

“You owe me a new iPhone” she screams, running over to see what she can salvage. “Bastard” she continues yelling, turning to hit the man.

“Shut the fuck up” he spits, slapping her across the face. “Did you tell them who you were?”
