David and Tress exchanged sad looks, then looked back at me. I didn’t realize that my words hurt Harris, but I think they did, since he left the car after I opened my big mouth.

“but he doesn’t know that…Andy, Harris has feelings, he’s a human being after all, even if he looks harsh, bossy, and a control freak.
