Anne “Let go of her now!!!” I yelled at him, but he wouldn’t listen. He kept dragging her, muffling her cries with the hand he placed over her mouth. He was almost at the dark part of the alleyway, pulling her along. She shuffled and scratched on the cemented floors but couldn’t get away from his strong grip. I couldn’t move either. I was pinned to the floor by an unknown force. I tried moving my foot but it wouldn’t budge. I tried the other, same outcome. The man with the sinister smirk was almost disappearing into the shadows, while the agonizing cries of the little girl were getting weaker. It pained me. If I had a saw, I would have chopped my foot off and crawled to the little girl. He was going to harm her but helpless me couldn’t do anything to stop it. Just then, the man looked up at me with a bigger smirk. His eyes shone in the darkness as he pulled out an even brighter object from his pocket, raising it above his head. It was a knife. He was going to kill her! Right in fro
Andrew I had kept hurrying my nurse to finish my dressing so that I could go see Anne. She’d been sleeping for hours straight. I was mad at myself for not seeing the signs. Something was wrong with Anne. Something she wasn’t ready to spill. It might be the cause of her ill health, or probably, it's a flu she might have contracted from the hospital. Whichever the case, I was to be blamed. She had sacrificed so much to make sure I recovered quickly, yet I couldn’t tell that something was weighing her down. Nor could I tell that she was so sick to have fainted in the kitchen. I couldn’t even catch her, although I tried. But the pain that shot through my leg when I dashed for her, sent me on all fours. I was useless. A total wuss in all ramifications. I couldn’t even tell her how I felt all this while. When I’d wanted to, I got into an accident. It was as if the universe was against me. “Nurse, make it snappy!” I said irritably. The lady gave me a stern look and continued at her own p
Andrew Pamela kissed me. The shock left me wide-eyed. I just sat there, watching her shyly suckle on my lips. Her lips felt tender and soft against mine. I could even taste the lingering saltiness from her tears. With the way her emotions were spiraling, she might begin crying if I didn’t do anything, other than sitting there and watch her. I slowly opened my lips and returned her kiss. This boosted her confidence because she increased the pressure of hers, then ever so slowly, with so much uncertainty, she wrapped her arms around my neck, gently pulling me closer to her. This action deepened the kiss. My groins gradually hardened. I tried fighting it to remain just a simple, harmless kiss, but no, my body had other plans. She didn’t make it any better though. The more she realized I wasn’t pulling away, the more boost she had to continue what she had in mind. She moved from her kneeling position to that of crouching, and from there, she slowly climbed on top of me, straddling me
Anne I woke up tired and hungry, but feeling better than I did the previous day. I stretched and twisted on the bed, then reached out my hand to trouble Pamela but she wasn’t on the bed. “Pam, Pam!” I yelled towards the bathroom door, with the hopes that she was there. No one answered me. Just as I was about to yell again, a gentle knock came at the door, and shortly after, Rebecca entered. I sat up immediately and darted my eyes around the room in search of an anomaly, such as panties hanging from the ceiling or used tampons. Don’t worry, I’m exaggerating. But really, I didn’t want her seeing something disgusting. It would be embarrassing. She noticed it. She gave me a knowing smile as she made her way to my bed and sat on it. “Don’t worry, I make more mess than you guys combined,” she whispered conspiratorially. I smiled sheepishly, bending my head to conceal my flustered face. She reached out and took my hand, “How are you feeling now?” “Better,” I said smiling. From there,
Anne After my long chat with Rebecca, well, more like a story session, she had revealed to me her intentions of planning a party for Andrew, in celebration of his survival and recovery. She was going to hold it the coming weekend and had already begun making preparations. When she left, I continued my search for Pamela. When it got obvious she wasn’t in the house, I called her phone. She picked and explained her urgency to catch up with school stuff. I felt bad that she had to leave. it was so lonely staying here. Although I had a friend in Andrew and a new one with Rebecca, nothing beats your gist mate. It was going to be tough trying to keep my promises to Rebecca. Really tough I tell you. My tummy grumbled impatiently, reminding me that I hadn’t had breakfast yet. I quickly ran into the bath and took a hot shower, came out, threw on blue jeans and a tank top. I was feeling quite better than I did yesterday. I was still a bit tired but I knew I was on my way to recovery. Only I k
Anne Cold shivers ran from my legs to the entire length of my body as I stared at him. My head had begun screaming immediately, ‘Explain to him! He saw wrong! He’s thinking wrong!’ I shook my head to quieten the insane voice. I owed him no explanation. I was only embarrassed he saw me in that position. “A good ol knocking would have made sense,” I blurted out, trying to regain my composure. “Sorry,” he replied calmly, backing away slowly. “Did you tell him yet?” came the eager voice of Fiona, who moved past Vincent and sauntered into the room. She immediately stopped when she saw me standing in the middle of the room. “Oh, Anny, you’re here?” she said, acting surprised. Like she didn’t see me leave with Andrew earlier today. She bent her neck sideways to peep at Andrew. Her face held disappointment when she looked back up. She must have been expecting Andrew to be shirtless, or even stark naked. “Hope we didn’t disturb you guys?” she said, staring at me squarely, a small smirk
Anne He sauntered in with his medium-sized traveling box rolling beside him. He was putting on a black leather jacket on top of a black round neck shirt, then had on blue crazy jeans that had slits more than my old, worn-out tights. His feet were covered in white sneakers, the size of my head. He was tall and slightly built. He had blue orbs surrounded by thick, short lashes and a subtle sharp-edged face. His nose stood tall, thin, and proud. He had thin lips covering a set of well-arranged white teeth that was sure to give his dentist no stress. On top of his head was a mass of short ginger blond hair. All in all, he was a nice male specimen. The same housekeeper that opened the doors for him took his luggage and disappeared. He just stood in the middle of the large foyer, looking around the walls and ceilings with a smile on his face, as if reminiscing the good days. When his eyes landed on me, standing on the staircase, with my feet on different steps, the smile he had vabished
Anne He saw me to my room before going to spend the rest of the night, catching up with Joshua. He didn’t let go of my hand the entire walk to my room. I didn’t protest either. He was happy. He had this bright sparkle in his eyes as he talked about his adventures with Joshua. He poofed and boomed, explaining with every part of his body. It was as if he was a kid again, reliving those memories of his buddy. I didn’t want to take that away from him by making him bother about my measly hand. At my door, he continued his escapade stories, not until I gave him a gentle tap on the shoulders did he realize. He looked around my door, then back at my face, giving me the softest stare. “As they say, time travels fast when you’re with loved ones,” he said in a cool, calm voice. “Well, you’ll be spending the fleeting time with Joshua,” I mused. His face scrunched up in disgust, “Eww!” “Get your head out of the gutters, silly,” I reprimanded, slightly smacking his forehead. He threw his head
