After getting ready, I walked down with Sebastian. It felt weird sleeping in a bed last night, inside somewhere warm. I'm used to the hard flooring of the cells with a bit of straw.

Last night was unusual. There was always constant noise in the cells. The prisoners constantly shouted and screamed, keeping me awake. Then, I had to be up early to cook for everyone else.

Not this morning. I've slept in. Which isn't something I'm used to. As we get downstairs, the Pack kitchen is full. Sebastian wastes no time guiding me to the table.

We sit, and I glance around, unsure of what to eat. I only ever had stew and bread. Sebastian must sense my unease as he grabs a plate and puts food on it before placing it in front of me.

"Eat, little one," he whispers, and I nod. Sitting, I eat, and my eye catches Joseph. He's staring at his plate and appears to be deep in thought.
