Indrajit just returned home after a long tiring day in the office. Now he just wants to sleep in Srilekha's embrace placing his head on her chest. He walked towards his room hurriedly since he was becoming impatient to see Srilekha's innocent face.

Twisting the doorknob he entered the room and was welcomed by complete darkness. He thought he would find Srilekha lost in prayers just like other days but she was nowhere to be found.

" Little dove," he called switching on the light and the next scenery was shocking for him.

He found Srilekha standing in the middle of the room holding a knife. Her eyes were teary, red and furious. Her hair was a complete mess and her nostril was flaring. She was looking at Indrajit with pure disgust and loathing.

Before he could say anything she questioned coming forward to him," Where is my baby?"

" Huh! What are you talking about?" Indrajit questioned back sounding clueless.
