It's just been what? Like, two minutes? She stepped out for just two minutes and my men had already alerted me about her sister coming after her with a knife.

"Keith! Keith, we still have to handle this issue!" Yilena screamed after me, unaware of what was happening outside.

I didn't bother to turn talk less of reply to her, all my mind and soul was set upon Jenna's safety and I swear, if that Sarah wasn't a woman, I'd beat her to a pulp!

I sighted Jenna from a distance but as soon as I felt relieved nearing the road, I saw a face I never thought would show itself in front of me again.

"Whitaker..." I muttered his name, watching his kind-hearted smile turn to a wicked grin as soon as Jenna wasn't watching.

His hand reached for her waist while his eyes were fixed on me and all I could think about was getting her out of there.
