When Cassidy got home she walked into Audrey's room and saw her curled up on the bed hugging a pillow against her chest with red swollen eyes.

"Are you ok? What the fuck happened to you Audrey?" Cassidy just looked at her best friend and silently waited for her to answer.

Audrey sat up and wiped her hand across her face. "Can we please just go get those drinks now?" she asked in a cracked voice.

"Tell me what happened then we will get you ready to go." Audrey explained everything that had happened.

"Are you serious? He said he wanted to taste you?" Cassidy laughed

"Maybe he really does like you Audrey I told you hundred times and I'm gonna tell you again you are seriously beautiful I wish you could see that and not just on the outside. You are the most compassionate person I know and you deserve to be happy, quit thinking about all the hateful things your nasty ass mom put in your head. You could at least give Sebastion a chance, as far as I know he is a good guy and to top it all off he is hot and rich!" she said with a smirk.

"What do you mean rich? And how do you know him?"

"I never talk to him much but I met him last year when I rented my office space from his building." Cassidy replied.

"He owns the building you work in?"

"Yeah and the hotel we were at last night you would have known this if you didn't leave in such a hurry!"

"Like any of this is gonna make me feel in better Cass. I thought he was way out of my league and this just proves it! How could he have any real interest in me?" she felt her eyes begin to water again.

"Huh uh bitch no more of that. Like I said if he ask you out again then just give him a chance don't even second guess it now lets go get a few drinks and then tomorrow we can relax."

An hour later they were ready to go. Cassidy had on a short pink dress that hugged close to her body, and gave Audrey a cute pair of low cut skinny hip hugger jeans, with a quarter sleeved purple and silver belly shirt and a pair of wedges instead of heels. It took Cassidy forever to get her to put them on but once she did it looked amazing.

Of course Cass already knew that it would. Audrey was quiet the whole way to club Gravity. She felt naked and was starting to have second thoughts but then the cab pulled up in front of the club and Cassidy hurried up and grabbed her arm pulling her out before she could change her mind then handed the fair to the driver through the front window. The line was long but Cassidy being who she is was able to go right in thankfully.

Inside of gravity was insane. There were bodies dancing so close to each other in erotic ways. The strobe lights slowed down the motions and she could see the way every one moved easily.

There were red and black leather booths and tables around the dance floor, along with two bars one on each side of the room. Audrey had never seen anything like this place but then again she had never been to one.

Cassidy dragged her to a table in the far corner. When they sat she waved over a server in an extremely short hot pink dress. Cass had ordered them each two shots to start then each a cosmo. Audrey looked at her friend in shock when the server came back with the drinks. "Are you trying to kill me?"

Cassidy just laughed at her. "Come on it will help you loosen up!" They both downed the shots quickly.

Audrey felt the drink burn all the way down. Cass tugged her onto the dance floor when she noticed Audrey's eyes getting a glaze to them knowing the alcohol was starting to take effect.

She began to refuse but noticed that she actually wanted to get up and move.

She'd never went out dancing before and she liked it and found that she was pretty good once she got the rhythm of it. She never left the dance floor unless it was to get another drink.

She wondered why she had never done this before when Cass had asked the other numerous times. She felt free as her body swayed to the music, someone came up and was grinding on her from behind she didn't even care she just moved closer and went with it. She felt large hands move along her bare stomach as their hips moved against one another.

Audrey turned to look at her dance partner. "SEBASTION!" she gasped. She tried to move away back to her table but he grasped her arm pulling her back into his hard chest. "I won't let you run again Audrey." he stated simply.

"Why are you here?" Thankfully she already had a few drinks in her and it made her brave enough to speak.

"Why shouldn't I be here? This is my club." he said with a grin.

"Seriously, a hotel now a club what else do you own? Better yet don't answer I really don't want to know this is already too much to wrap my head around. But I would like to know if you came here for a reason or on purpose!"she yelled over the music.

"I've been meaning to come by here and check up on things but in all honesty once Ms. Corday told me you would be here that pushed me into actually coming"

"I'm gonna kill her" she said more to herself.

"What is so important that you feel the need to follow me? You don't even know me and I'm sure there are plenty of other girls who are more for your taste and liking. Now can I please go sit down, have another drink and enjoy the rest of my night without you messing with my head?" He let her walk off this time but he followed behind her.

"What does a girl have to do to not be bothered?" she said as she sat.

Her head started to swim maybe another drink wasn't a good idea but she got one anyway. She would definitely need it with him being so close to her.

He had slid in right next to her and his leg touched hers sending shock waves through her body and she felt her heart beat between her thighs. How can she feel like this over someone she didn't even really know?

"Are you not attracted to me Audrey?" He said putting his hand on his chest as if he was offended.

"Yes I'm very attracted okay but that doesn't mean I have to act upon it I'm not good for you, I doubt I'm good enough for anyone." she looked away.

He held her jaw in his hand and then turned her face back and kissed her. His lips were soft and warm, he slid his tongue along the seam of her mouth coaxing them to open.

Audrey let off a soft moan that allowed him full entrance. He nipped at her lip before releasing her.

"Audrey" he said as he tried to catch his breath.

"I like you. Dammit I want you and I am a man who gets what he wants. You are beautiful. I'm surprised that you think you aren't good for me when really I'm not good for you, but ever since I saw you I felt like I just had to have you I can't seem to get you out of my head. I should let you go but I am a greedy man and I won't stop until you realize how bad I want you and mark my words I will have you!" The room started to spin as she heard his words, then everything went black.

  • Only Yours    Chapter 16

The moment the door closed behind me, the silence was deafening. No footsteps echoing after me. No soft voice asking me to stay. No warmth of her presence pulling me back in. Just the chill of regret sinking into my bones like ice water. Axle hadn’t said a word since I left her apartment. It was like he’d turned his back on me completely. Not a growl. Not a snarl. Not even that low rumble of disapproval he always gives when I do something he doesn’t like. Nothing. And that silence from him hurt more than I expected. Because it wasn’t just disappointment—it was heartbreak. I knew the second I walked away from her I was making the wrong choice. Hell, I felt it in the way my chest clenched like I’d torn out my own damn heart and left it behind. But I’d convinced myself I was doing the right thing. That I was protecting her. That maybe if I gave her space, she’d be safer… from me, from this world she doesn’t even know exists yet. But every step away from her had felt like a betra

  • Only Yours    Chapter 15

The silence was deafening.I stood in the middle of my apartment, staring at the front door Sebastian had walked out of not long ago, my chest rising and falling in uneven breaths. A sick, hollow ache twisted in my stomach, and the air around me felt too still—like even the walls knew something had changed.I didn’t want to cry, but the tears were already forming, burning behind my eyes like a dam about to break. How could he just leave like that? After everything we shared—the rawness, the honesty, the way he held me like I was the only thing that mattered. I thought… I thought we were building something real. Something worth holding on to. But now, he was gone. And I was here. Alone. Again.I wrapped my arms around myself, moving toward the couch like my legs had forgotten how to work properly. Everything felt numb. My skin, my thoughts… even my heart. It was like something had been torn from me and left a gaping wound that no amount of logic could stitch back together.I sank down

  • Only Yours    Chapter 14

Sebastian POV I sat alone in my car outside Audrey’s apartment, gripping the steering wheel so hard my knuckles turned white. The engine was off, the streetlight buzzed above me, and the only movement was the occasional passing car. But all I could think about was the look in her eyes when I left. She had kissed me like I was everything—and still, I walked away. Because I had to. Because if I didn’t, I would’ve told her everything. That I wasn’t just some guy falling hard for her. That I wasn’t even fully human. That she belonged to me in ways she couldn’t understand yet. That I’d already claimed her in every way that mattered, even if she didn’t know it. Fuck. I leaned back in the seat and let out a heavy breath, staring up through the windshield at the dark clouds slowly shifting across the sky. The moon was half-full tonight, glowing with just enough pull to make Axle stir restlessly inside me. “Go back to her,” he growled. “I can’t,” I muttered aloud. “She needs space.” “S

The park felt different now. Quieter, somehow. As if it had absorbed the lingering tension and hope we left behind on that weathered bench beneath the swaying tree limbs. I kept thinking about the way Sebastian had looked at me, as though I was the only person in the world who mattered. And I wanted—so badly—to believe that was true. But the moment we stepped back into the city’s rhythm, the spell started to fade. I walked slightly ahead of him on the way back to his car, not because I was trying to get away, but because I was afraid if I looked at him too long, I'd start asking questions I wasn’t sure I was ready to hear the answers to. What did he mean when he said there was more to him than I knew? Why did his touch always seem to burn deeper than anyone else's ever had? And why did a piece of me feel like I’d always been waiting for him? I hated feeling uncertain. The bakery, my little world of flour and butter and sugar, made sense. Ingredients followed rules. Heat transform

  • Only Yours    Chapter 12

Sebastian POV This woman is going to be the death of me—my Mate. She stands beside me like she belongs here, that shy smile lighting up her face and the faint dimple only I seem to notice. I’ve tried to ignore it, tried not to think about her, but Axle—my wolf—won’t allow it. He knows she’s mine. Her scent, a mix of vanilla and honey, lingers in my mind, distracting me from everything else. I’m the Alpha of the Blue Moon pack, the largest and strongest in the States. For years, I thought I’d never find my Luna. Then I found her—and learned she’s human. That complicates everything. How will she take the truth? How do I tell her about the bond we share without scaring her away? When she slipped into my shower that night, Axle took over—fierce, possessive, jealous. Maybe it’s wrong to admit I’m glad I was her first. She’s mine, completely. Now, I just need a plan to tell her we’re meant for each other—and hope she feels the same. Audrey POV We stepped outside, the cool breeze brushin

  • Only Yours    Chapter 11

After her mother left, Audrey took a shaky breath, the silence settling uncomfortably in the air. She glanced down at the counter, her hands trembling slightly as she reached for the tray of pastries she'd been arranging. She was trying to keep her composure, to shove down the feelings of inadequacy that her mother's words had unearthed. But Sebastian wasn't having it. He placed his hand over hers, stilling her movements, his touch warm and grounding. "Hey," he said gently. "You don't have to hide how that made you feel." Audrey blinked, glancing up at him, her defenses starting to crumble. She tried to pull her hand away, but he held her firm, his gaze steady and unwavering. "I've known you only a short time, Audrey, but I can already see you have a strength your mother can't see. And, I hate to break it to you, but she's wrong. About everything." She forced a smile, but it didn't reach her eyes. "It's... it's just something I've gotten used to. Hearing things like that from her
