The sky outside the hospital window appeared gray, reflecting the anxiety looming over the hospital room where Efendi lay. Lisa sat on a chair beside Efendi's bed, her hand tightly holding Moni's, whose face was filled with worry and fear.

Efendi, who had been battling his illness for some time, now looked weaker than ever. His breath was labored, and his face was pale with exhaustion. Doctors and nurses bustled around him, doing their best to maintain his stability.
