"I'm going to miss this so much. Hanging out in the canteen, annoying the professors, bunking lectures. Everything." Scarlett cried in the arms of the man she considered her best friend, who had lewd intentions towards her. He kept a steady grip on her, feeling intoxicated by her fragrance.

"Did you see Michael?" He pretended not to hear her inquiry and proceeded to snuggle his face in her neck.

"Please don't think of anything else for a while. I really need some comfort." He smiled as she rubbed his back. She was so naive. And that innocent being, was going to be his. He would not let any Michael get in the way.

While the new graduates were busy sharing goodbyes and shedding tears of joy and melancholy at the same time, someone took over the microphone and made everyone pay attention to them.

"Mic testing 1 2 3 mic testing. Hello, hello?" A masculine voice spoke from the stage. Multiple heads turned towards him, their curious faces wondering what was going on.

"I am sorry for hiding it from you, for all this years. I had promised your parents that I would always take care of you. They did not want you to know about all this, but it is the truth. Michael Andrews was not your biological father. Yet, he never treated you any less. You completed Michael and Scarlet's family." Everything came as a shock to Blair. Her breathing became heavy and pupils started to shake. She could feel the uneven motion of her heart. She furiously moved her head right and left, not wanting to accept the harsh reality. "No, no, no. This can't be real. Tell me this is not true, please." She mumbled. She grabbed Mr Park's hand, insisting him to say something that would calm her quivering heart. She wished it all to be a lie. A sick joke that Mr Park had played on her. However, her denial couldn't change the verity. He snapped his fingers in front of her face. "What is it? Is everything okay with you?" He inquired with worry. "Y-Yes of course. What's going to happen to me?" She suttered, ending her sentence with an awkward hehe. She checked her phone repeatedly, waiting for Jessica's signal. She was preventing him from going home. That was her role for that evening. All the people were gathered in the living room, so what caused the vase to fall and break? Not being able to find anyone, she concluded the wind to be the miscreant and went back to assist the rest. Stephanie breathed a sigh of relief when she heard the footsteps fade away in distance. Lucky for her, the housekeeper didn't notice the drops of blood that had stained the floor, dripping from her sole. She put a hand over her mouth to stop herself from wailing in pain as she pulled the piece of glass from her heel. She had to stay there, without making any noise until everyone left. ...Raiden took a quick glance at his watch while focusing on the road ahead. It was almost midnight. With Blair, time seemed to fly away like wind. He didn't pay vigilance until his phone reminded him that it was his time to go to bed. They had been talking for ho

"Why is she calling me at this time?" Calvin wondered when he saw Jessica's name flash on the caller ID. Getting a call from her was already unusual, and on top of it, in middle of the day? He assumed it must be something important. Without wasting any more time, he tapped the green icon and placed the phone near his ear."Get inside!" He flinched when her voice blasted from the other side."Jessica? What is going on?" He inquired. He was pretty sure she was not talking to him. Did she call him by mistake? There were some weird noises from the other side. Muffled sounds, grunts, some commotion. His curiosity rose. Instead of questioning her any further, he kept quiet, putting his attention on what was happening on the call."You like to play, don't you?" It was a man's voice. Gruff and stern. However, that voice did not sound familiar to Calvin. And he did not sound like someone civil with Jessica. Before he could assume anything more, another feminine voice spoke."Stop! You want me,

She shook her head, wanting to forget that horrible memory, it was one of the main reason why she did not want to visit the hospital. “Does it hut too much?” Jessica inquired with a whisper, noticing the girl’s stiff expression. “Not at all.” She whispered back, putting the former at ease.
