At that moment, Jace Hudson was stepping his feet into the vast compound of the Hudson's family house. He had told his parents that he was coming over for dinner.

He had told his parents over the phone that he was not ready for any arranged marriage or blind date they were trying to shove down his throat.

But to make everything clear, he would come over for dinner and express his disapproval of it. They shouldn't give the poor lady and her family a false hope.

He was dressed in a plain shirt and pants exactly as his son, Eli. The boy is a spitting image of his father. Jace ensures whatever he orders henceforth, must come in his and Eli's sizes.

Eli's hair cut was same as his father. As they stepped out of the car, he lifted him off the floor into his arms. Hecsaw the look of puzzle on the boy's face.

"Dad, is this a palace?" Eli asked. Such a big house with plenty of men and women in uniform. There were lights everywhere and the place was glittering like a palace

I agree. What child wouldn't be crying for his mom al day and call a stranger ' daddy' out of the blue
