Amos nodded, "You're right. We'll go to the hospital tomorrow for a check-up then."

Eudora finally compromised and nodded helplessly, "I'll do as you say, alright?"

"Good girl!" He flashed a wide smile.

She had initially thought that he was joking. However, he really did drive her to the hospital after she got up the next morning.

She wore a helpless expression on her face as she said, "I'm already much better. Can't you tell?"

He shook his head and said, "I don't believe you. I will not be at ease unless I see it for myself."

It seemed that there was no changing his mind, so she had no choice but to do as he said.

On the way, Eudora soon felt sleepy. She had been feeling under the weather recently. For some reason, drowsiness hit her easily even without doing much in the morning.

She simply reclined the passenger's seat and closed her eyes to rest.
