Chapter 38 Thirty right

DANIELLE'S P.O.V.

Bright rays of sun light filtered through the curtains and scattered across the floors of the room. The quiet hum of the air conditioner invaded my senses as I woke up from my slumber. I felt groggy and all of my limbs ached as if I had been in a gymnastics meet through out the previous day.

Though, last night's activities were not much different.

I pried my eyes open and placed my palm over my mouth as I yawned. While rubbing the sleep from my eyes, I looked around, soaking in the unfamiliar room. I could not, for the life of me, recall how we had moved from the kitchen to Adrian's bedroom.

Unlike my bright and cheery room, Adrian's room fully depicted his cool and brooding personality. The walls of the room were painted harsh, abd almost everything else in the room was colored black; the curtains, the reading table and chair, the bedside table, the bed frame, and even the air conditioner. The only other colored items in the room were the white bed sheets and blanke
